Lost or Stolen Packages
Giftablz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@giftablz.com and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
