Returns
At Giftablz, we want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- be in its original packaging
- include all original parts, accessories, and inserts
- include proof of purchase or order number
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@giftablz.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- personalized or custom-made items
- final sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- used items or items not in original condition
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may already begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process after delivery.
